Could You Ever Pierce a 9-Year-Old’s Ear?
My friend Martha wrote such a cute essay on piercing her daughter’s ears (well, one of her ears) that I had to share it with you guys. Since I don’t think I could ever pierce an ear, this was my favorite part of the story:
“Sit still!” I said.
She screamed. Then I screamed. We were like this: “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!”
